Step aside kids! Anthony Field aka “The Blue Wiggle” from the ever popular childrens entertainment group “The Wiggles” has had a baby boy.
Anthony’s wife Miki gave birth to the child who weighed 3.5 Kilograms at the RPA Women’s & Baby’s hospital in Sydney after a long 3 hour labour.
Anthony is said to be delighted:
“He’s beautiful. He’s a lovely little boy,” the proud father said.
This is Anthony’s third child & is a much awaited brother for the other two children Lucia Angela (3) & Maria Claire (18 Months).
The couple have officially named the child Antonio Carlos Gardel Field. The middle name comes from the famous Argentinian tango crooner Carlos Gardel.
Field is expected to join the Wiggles next month for the opening of Wiggles World at three Six Flags theme parks in the US. Then the group will embark on a tour of Britain before playing a fortnight of concerts in Sydney in July.
